Rhubasil Rickey

Ingredients:

4 cl Shake-It Mixer Rhubarb

2 cl Shake-It Mixer Sugar Cane

2 cl Lemon juice

4 cl Rum

6 leaves Basil leaves

Preparation

1. Pour 4 cl rum, 4 cl Shake-It Mixer Rhubarb, 2 cl lemon juice and 2 cl Shake-It Mixer Sugar Cane into a shaker with ice and add 6 leaves of basil.
2. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a lowball glass with ice.
3. Garnish with a basil sprig.
