Shake-It Mixer Rhubarb

Shake-It Mixer Sugar Cane
4 cl
Gin

Lemon juice

Preparation

1. Pour 4 cl gin, 4 cl Shake-It Mixer Rhubarb, 1½ cl lemon juice and 1 cl Shake-It Mixer Sugar Cane into a shaker with ice.
2. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a highball glass with ice.
3. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a shaving of rhubarb.
